Bacarra S.r.l., headquartered in Via dell’ Economia 2 76212 - Barletta (BT) Italy, creator and promoter of all activity available at, reserves the right to use all personal data provided by users on a voluntary basis, in compliance with Italian law (Art 13 e ss. D. Lgs. 196/2003).

Bacarra S.r.l. guarantees users that all collected personal data shall be used exclusively for the provision of the services requested by the user, for facilitating website management and for processing orders.

2. Clear communication of all personal data and their origin.
3. The reason behind and the application of all collected personal data.

Requests for the above mentioned information may be renewed after a 90 day waiting period.
This rule does not apply to cases where the request is fairly justified: deletion or modification of personal data following a violation of a law; deletion of data that is not usable for the purposes for which it was originally collected.
