Shipment cost

Shipping in Italy is free on orders of € 29,00 or more (islands not included) otherwise shipping fee is € 6,00 VAT included.
Shipping to Sardinia and Sicily is € 10,00 VAT included.
Shipping in Europe is free on orders of € 100,00 or more, otherwise costs are calculated based on the carrier’s zone and rate charts.

Shipping is carried out by: BARTOLINI - GLS -DHL

As required by commercial law, all orders include an official receipt that states each item’s price in Euro. reserves the right to ship purchased items to the address communicated during customer registration.


Check your order status directly online by logging into your account and going to the “Orders” section.
We would like to remind our customers that orders which include items listed as “Available” cannot be modified once they have been confirmed.
Orders that are placed separately will be shipped separately.


Orders are dispatched by, headquartered in Via dell’ Economia 2 76212 - Barletta (BT), from Monday to Friday from 9:30 A.M. to 5:00 P.M..
Orders placed inside of Italy will be dispatched to the carrier BARTOLINI within 3 days of placing the order.
Orders placed during the weekend will be processed on the following Monday.
Estimated time of delivery from date of shipping:

⁃ 3-4 days mainland
⁃ 4 days peripheral areas and islands
⁃ 5-10 days EU

We would like to remind new customers that reserves the right to request the Bank or PayPal to verify the transaction, contacting the counterparty’s bank if necessary.
Such inspections may cause a slight delay in shipping time. is not responsible for any delays attributable to customs checks and reserves the right to postpone the shipping date should a force majeure event occur.


Customers must carefully inspect the parcel before signing the POD (proof of delivery).

Should the package show any signs of tampering or should the adhesive tape no longer be intact, customers are advised to sign for the parcel as “unchecked” or to refuse delivery.

By placing an order, customers are establishing a commercial agreement with and therefore commit to accepting their package delivery.
Should delivery of the order fail due to customer error (incorrect address, incorrect phone number, recipient always absent, ecc.) or because the receiver refuses delivery, all return shipping charges will be at the customer’s expense.


Defective or damaged garment

In case of damage or faults in your goods, you can request a full refund or exchange the purchased garment for a different clothing article of equal or greater value, within 14 days of receiving your order.

Garments damaged as a result of failure to follow care instructions written on the clothing label are non-returnable.

Returns Procedure

To request return authorization on an item, customers must send a request email to writing “Return” as subject line.
The email must include the product code of each returned item and the desired return option: full refund / exchange returned item with one of equal or greater value.
When returning a defective item, the email must include a minimum of two photos showing the product damage / defect.
Once the return request is received, will send the customer a written confirmation along with the Return Authorization Number.
Customers are responsible for return shipping.
